That's up to you. We can securely hold a key for regular visits, use a key safe or a safe place. We'll discuss your preferences at the meet & greet.
For pets home alone while you work, one visit in the day is usually sufficient.
If you're away for long periods or holidays and require feeding, litter tray cleaning and cuddles, we recommend 2-3 per day.
We're available 7 days a week, including bank holidays. We know pets don't take days off, so neither do we! Bank holiday availability should be discussed as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Absolutely. We're experienced in giving tablets and liquid medications. If your dog requires specialist care, get in touch and we'll do our best to acommodate.
Yes. We believe consistency matters. Your pet will be visited by the same familiar face, it often becomes a highlight of their day (And ours!)
After every drop-in we send a photo or short video update via WhatsApp, plus a brief report - what they've eaten, how they seemed, anything else you might need to know.
